30-Point Furnace Maintenance
Our 30-point furnace maintenance encompasses a thorough inspection and cleaning of the unit. Our technicians will take the extra time to properly inspect the entire unit for safety issues, check controls, clean burners and sensors, measure temperature rise, and test switches and controls. Below is a full list of items that are covered:
- Inspect entire furnace for safety issues
- Inspect heat exchanger and vacuum out minor rust deposits
- Pull Blower assembly or inspect the blower wheel and motor
- Visual inspection of evaporator coil
- Inspect and clean burners
- Vacuum out minor rust around burners

- Clean flame sensor

The certified technicians working on your equipment will take precautions to accurately inspect the entire system and its components, tighten caps and covers, clean debris, flush line, take measurements, and take proper tests. - Inspect entire air conditioning system for safety issues
